In the first two episodes, Danyelle explained the danger of tap water and chlorine and how important it is to use a filter. She also shared some solutions on how to reduce exposure to chlorine at home. In this final episode, Danyelle gives you how you can still have healthy water while away from home.
5. Use glass bottle and fill it up with filtered tap water, alternatively, you can buy Mountain Valley Spring Water or plastic bottled water such as Volvic, Evian and Fiji. These bottled water have total dissolved solvent which is ideal to drink especially if you are out there in summer. If you have a bottled filtered tap water, add Celtic sea salt to add solvent to your water. It is important that you have water with solvent to give you energy, in other words, electrolyte. Drink enough water which is ideally 1/2 of your body weight in oz.

Check out Part 2 of Danyelle Demchock giving more information about What good quality water really means. The danger lies within the unknown!
Danyelle talk about the dangers of chlorine levels found in our running water both in the shower and in our kitchen sink. We are not only bathing in it, we are also washing our fruits and vegetables in it as well. YIKES!
Here are some simple solutions to safely reduce the amount of chlorine found in our water:
1. Mercola’s “Pure & Clean Shower Filter Head”
2. Reduce the lengthe of time that you spend showering
3. Reduce the water to cooler temperatures to decrease the amount of chlorine that enters our lungs from the steam of a very hot shower.
4. To reduce the chlorine in our drinking water use Dr. Mercola’s “Sink Water Filter” which simply screws right onto your faucet. If you think using a Brita water filter is the answer…think again ITS NOT ENOUGH! Its not removing enough of the disinfectant biproducts that are found in the water to fight the toxic levels of chlorine. the danger of the disinfectant bi-products combining with the chlorine in our body can be dangerous and deadly!

Water plays an important role in our lives. Our body is made up of 70-80% of water.
Danyelle Demchock talks with Morgan Gantt about the danger of using the tap water in our everyday use. It is important that we have and use good quality water in our everyday life.
The water we also use for shower is a tap water. Most people fail to realize that taking a typical shower can expose you to nearly ten times more chlorine (average 25 gals of water) than you would receive by drinking unfiltered tap water all day Long. The disinfection by-products is far more dangerous than chlorine itself. In fact, exposure to the chemicals in your shower and the steam a hot shower produces, including chlorine can cause respiratory illness, liver and kidney disease, and a whole host of other health problems. Chlorine can also damage our skin and hair. So, to have good quality water in our bathrooms, get rid of the chlorine.
Logically, when you use water filters, they are more economical on a per gallon billing than bottled water. The annual average cost of buying bottled water is relatively more expensive compared to the cost of acquiring and maintaining water filters.

Greek Yogurt, Chocolate, Walnut, and Wild Blueberry Parfaits
Dark chocolate is rich in heart-healthy antioxidants, and recent research shows that wild blueberries are just as good at protecting your heart from damage as they are at protecting your brain. 
Put them together, though, and trigger even more heart-helping power: The flavonoids called catechins in chocolate, and flavonoids called quercetins in blueberries are thought to work together to keep your blood from clotting.

Spoon 1 tablespoon fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed, into each of 4 parfait glasses. Spoon 1/4 cup nonfat Greek-style yogurt over berries in each glass, then top each with 1 teaspoon mini dark-chocolate chips, 1 tablespoon oat granola, and a sprinkling of chopped walnuts. Add another layer of the berries, yogurt, chocolate, walnuts, and granola to each glass; serve.
