There is enough to worry about when you are eating food whether not its healthy and if you are getting all the nutrients your body needs. We are often less likely to think about what the “healthy” foods we consume are actually cooked and prepared in. A frying pan is just a frying pan right? Not so much. Microwaves and Aluminum Foil are better choices either! We never talk about bad and leave out the good so check out this very informative video with Danyelle Demchock and I as we get to the bottom of safe, healthy cooking. There is even a little clip of me burning in the kitchen…literally. I must add that since that clip my cooking has improved and no one was injured in the making of this video. ENJOY!
